The Beekeeper 2 Trailer Released Ahead of 2027 Debut

Amazon MGM Studios released the first trailer for The Beekeeper 2 on October 15, introducing Jason Statham’s return as former operative Adam Clay in the action-film sequel. The studio has scheduled the film for theatrical release on January 15, 2027. Promotional material identifies Timo Tjahjanto as the director. Statham reprises his role from the 2024 film, while Emmy Raver-Lampman, Bobby Naderi, Jemma Redgrave and Jeremy Irons are also returning. New cast members include Pom Klementieff, Yara Shahidi and Adam Copeland. The trailer presents Clay as a wanted man drawn back into action. According to the promotional synopsis, he must protect the U.S. president from rogue Beekeepers, the clandestine organization connected to his past. Trailer descriptions also depict the organization as having gone rogue. Those details outline the sequel’s fictional plot, rather than reporting real events. The released footage showcases the film’s action, including Clay using weapons and bees against his opponents. Promotional material frames the character’s return as a continuation of the first film’s conflict, with the stakes centered on the president and the Beekeepers.
