Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Verilumia, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Also see our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Subscriptions

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Title of Subscription: Verilumia Access.
• Price: $3.99 / £3.99 / €3.99 per month or $44.99 / £44.99 / €44.99 per year.
• Length: Monthly or Annual subscription.
• App Payments: Charged to your Apple ID or Google Play Store account at purchase confirmation.
• Web Payments: Charged through our web checkout after sign-in with Google or Apple.
• Renewal: Auto-renews unless cancelled before the end of the current period, subject to the billing platform used at purchase.

App subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple or Google. Web subscriptions are billed and managed through the web purchase flow and associated login provider.

To use the same subscription across web and app, sign in with the same Google or Apple account used when purchasing.

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal through the billing platform used after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Verilumia for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Verilumia.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

Disclaimer

The materials on Verilumia's app are provided on an 'as is' basis. Verilumia makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Verilumia does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its app or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this app.

Limitations

In no event shall Verilumia or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Verilumia, even if Verilumia or a Verilumia authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, these limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
