Swift’s Diamond Wedding Band on View at the 2026 VMAs

Taylor Swift wore a diamond wedding band beside her engagement ring at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards, giving photographers and viewers a clear public look at the two rings together. The appearance was her first red-carpet appearance since her July 3 wedding to Travis Kelce, according to reports. The band’s design and specifications, however, have not been confirmed by Swift or its maker. Photographs show individual diamonds set in gold along the band, worn next to the old mine-cut diamond engagement ring. The images provide a view of the pairing but do not establish the band’s construction, total carat weight or whether the diamonds extend all the way around it. One account characterized it as a half-eternity band with about one carat of diamonds, while jewelers consulted in another report offered higher estimates based on the photographs. Those descriptions remain unverified. Annie Chen, senior vice president of merchandising and design at Brilliant Earth, estimated that the band contains roughly 3 to 4 carats of diamonds, while noting she had not examined the stones in person.
