Peterborough Halloween Market Set for October 18

A Halloween market announced for downtown Peterborough will bring more than 45 vendors and live music to Quaker Foods City Square on October 18, according to Punk Rock Flea Market Peterborough. The free, all-ages event is scheduled to feature seven musical acts. The announcement does not confirm whether the market has since taken place. The planned lineup includes Angels of Our Nature, Pressure Point, Lemur Wetsuit, Hit N Run, Grave Change, Live With It and Revoking Grey. Punk Rock Flea Market Peterborough also featured interviews with organizers and vendors discussing their work and the event. The vendors named included makers and sellers associated with jewellery, lemonade, mini doughnuts, tattoos and hot sauce. The advance listing places the market at Quaker Foods City Square in downtown Peterborough, Ontario. It describes the gathering as free and open to all ages, but provides no further information about event hours or any changes to the schedule. Other Halloween-related announcements and reports published October 14 covered seasonal searches, candy rankings and retail products, rather than a shared event.
