Kanye West visits Burbank shop for Pokémon cards

Published 4 October 2026

Kanye West visited a Burbank trading-card shop with his children on Wednesday night, where the store temporarily closed for the family to shop and West spent what a source described as “thousands upon thousands” of dollars on Pokémon cards. The account of the closure and spending came from a source cited in a report about the visit. The amount was not specified, and the store’s social-media posts did not identify what West bought. It is also unclear which of his children attended. LA Sports Cards posted photographs of West posing with employees and thanked him for stopping by. The images confirm his visit but do not establish the reported closure or the size of his purchases. The store is in Burbank, California. West shares four children with Kim Kardashian: North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm. The reports did not establish that all four were present during Wednesday’s visit. West was also seen at the shop in May with Psalm, while Kardashian visited separately in February, according to the accounts. Those earlier visits indicate the family has visited the store before, but do not clarify what was bought during West’s latest trip.
