Roger Waters and Son Announce 58 North American Dates

Roger Waters and his son Harry have announced 58 North American dates for Legacy: A Pink Floyd Show, a 2027 live production celebrating music from the band’s 1971-1979 period. The itinerary runs from February 15 in Columbus, Georgia, to September 25 in St. Louis, Missouri. Roger Waters will direct the production but is not scheduled to perform; Harry Waters will serve as musical director and lead a 10-piece band. The shows are set to feature selections from The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals and The Wall. The production’s organizers describe it as an effort to recreate the original recordings and visual world, with stage imagery presented on high-definition LED screens. The concerts are expected to run for more than two hours, according to the announcement. Clifton David Broadbridge has been selected to sing lead vocals. Harry Waters said he listened to more than 3,000 submissions before choosing Broadbridge, who secured the role after an in-person audition. Broadbridge, originally from Canada and now based in Nashville, will join Harry and the other musicians in the touring band. The announced North American dates are divided into two stretches.
