Prime Video Renews Reacher for Season 6

Prime Video has renewed Reacher for a sixth season, extending the action series before production on Season 5 is complete. The renewal was announced September 28, 2026, as Season 4 had recently concluded and the next season was already being filmed in Toronto. Season 5 is based on Lee Child’s novel Make Me and is in production. Prime Video has not announced which book, if any, Season 6 will adapt, and the reports provide no production or premiere schedule for the newly renewed season. The renewal confirms the series will continue beyond its fifth installment, but leaves those details unresolved. The decision follows strong viewership for Season 4. Amazon said the season reached 66 million viewers worldwide in its first 28 days on Prime Video, surpassing Season 3 over the same period. Amazon also reported that 58% of Season 4’s audience was outside the United States. Those figures were supplied by the company; the underlying measurement records were not included in the announcement. Reacher is based on Child’s novels and stars Alan Ritchson as Jack Reacher. The series premiered in 2022.
