Apple will open preorders for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 8 a.m. Eastern Time, with the devices reaching stores on Friday, September 18. The launch follows a $100 price increase in the United States, where the 6.3-inch iPhone 18 Pro now starts at $1,199 and the 6.9-inch Pro Max at $1,299, both up from their predecessors. In Canada, the preorder window opens at the same moment, 5 a.m. Pacific and 8 a.m. Eastern, and the iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at C$1,899 for the 256GB model, rising to C$3,699 for the 2TB version. Carriers Telus and Koodo have confirmed the September 12 timing on their homepages but had not published live financing or Tab pricing as of publication. Apple has also scheduled preorders for the iPhone Duo for October 16, though carrier pages had not yet highlighted that window. Indian buyers face a steeper increase. The iPhone 18 Pro starts at 164,900 rupees and the Pro Max at 179,900 rupees, roughly 30,000 rupees more than the iPhone 17 Pro generation. Preorders there open at 5:30 p.m. IST on September 12.
