The Saddest Factory Records imprint, founded by musician Phoebe Bridgers in 2020, is ceasing operations under its own name and will be absorbed by its parent label, Dead Oceans. The change follows a trademark dispute that prompted the strategic decision to retire the Saddest Factory brand.
