Rod Stewart announces 21-show final touring schedule for 2027

Rod Stewart has announced The Final Encore, a 21-show UK and European tour scheduled for 2027 that he says will be his last time touring. The schedule begins April 23 in Dublin and concludes July 24 in Hannover, Germany, with performances in cities including Belfast, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester, London, Amsterdam and Berlin. Stewart, who has performed for more than six decades, described the announcement as a farewell to life on the road. He said he hoped fans would join him for the concerts and thanked them for making his career possible. In a separate Instagram video announcing the dates, he said he was not retiring, but that the tour would be his last rock-and-roll tour. His comments distinguish ending touring from retiring altogether. The itinerary lists 21 dates across Ireland, the United Kingdom and mainland Europe. After opening at Dublin’s 3Arena, Stewart is scheduled to play Belfast, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester and London before the European leg begins in Amsterdam on May 28. The final listed concert is at ZAG Arena in Hannover. Howard Jones is scheduled to support the UK and Ireland dates.
