Hamzat Says Lagos Traffic Fuels Podcast Listening

Hamzat characterized traffic as a patron of the podcast industry, saying residents may listen to programmes during long journeys between parts of the city. He cited trips between Ojota and Obalende as an example and described congestion as part of Lagos’s everyday identity. His comments framed a persistent transport problem as a circumstance that can also provide an audience for creators; the reports did not offer data measuring listening habits or the economic effect of traffic on podcasting.
