Red Bull filings show £100.482m in Horner exit compensation

Published 8 October 2026

Red Bull Racing’s 2025 accounts record £33.494 million in compensation for loss of office for the company’s highest-paid director, an amount identified in reporting as linked to former team principal Christian Horner. A separate Red Bull Technologies filing records £66.988 million for its highest-paid director, also identified as Horner, bringing the combined compensation reported for the two companies to £100.482 million. The Red Bull Racing accounts do not name the recipient in the remuneration table. They describe the £33.494 million as compensation for loss of office, rather than specifying when every payment was made. The £100.482 million combined figure covers Red Bull Racing and Red Bull Technologies; it is not the amount recorded by Red Bull Racing alone. Horner was removed as Red Bull Racing chief executive and team principal on July 9, 2025. He later resigned from the company’s board on August 13, according to the accounts. The filings also show £4.441 million in regular remuneration for the company’s highest-paid director in 2025. Red Bull Technologies reported £9.029 million in remuneration for its highest-paid director, in addition to the compensation figure.
