Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey announced the arrival of their second child, a boy named Roman Augustus McCaffrey, in a joint Instagram post. The couple shared family photographs, including images of the newborn with his parents and his older sister, Colette. The post identified Roman’s birth date as September 29, 2026. One report gave September 19 instead, leaving the date disputed in the available accounts. The couple’s announcement and the baby’s name were consistent across the reports. Culpo, 34, and McCaffrey also shared a hospital photograph of Culpo holding the newborn, along with pictures of the family together. Colette, who was born in July 2025, appeared in images meeting her younger brother. The announcement was published Saturday, October 10. The couple announced the pregnancy in May, on Culpo’s 34th birthday, sharing family photographs and sonogram images. Culpo later said she had not expected to become pregnant again so soon after Colette’s birth. She said she learned of the pregnancy when she was four months along, about six months after having her first child. Culpo had previously discussed planning a cesarean delivery.
