Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is set to feature a unique preorder bonus weapon blueprint that will appear differently depending on the player's platform. The "Inner Circuit" M4 Assault Rifle Blueprint, announced by Activision, will celebrate Xbox's 25th anniversary with a special translucent green appearance for players on Xbox Series X|S. This distinctive visual treatment, inspired by original Xbox hardware, includes Xbox branding and a transparent finish revealing the weapon's internal systems. However, players on other platforms, including PlayStation 5, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2, will receive a different "milspec" appearance for the same blueprint. Reports indicate that this milspec version may feature alternate colors, such as brown and red, with only subtle Xbox branding. The most unusual aspect of this promotion is that the Xbox-exclusive translucent green design is reportedly only visible to players using an Xbox console. Even in crossplay matches, players on PC or PlayStation will see the milspec version of the weapon, not the Xbox-themed one.
