Meta Expands Muse AI Agent for Small Businesses

Meta is expanding its Muse AI agent with a version designed for small businesses, connecting the service to professional accounts on Facebook and Instagram, advertising tools and a range of third-party business software. The company says the product can use information from those connected services to help owners review business activity and handle tasks, though its performance has not been independently assessed in the available reporting. Called Muse for Small Business, the service can link to Instagram professional accounts, Facebook Pages and Meta ad accounts, Meta said.
