McDonald's is bringing back its Spicy Chicken McNuggets and Mighty Hot Sauce to participating restaurants nationwide starting September 1, 2026, for a limited time. The return marks the latest in a series of revivals for fan-favorite menu items as the fast-food chain seeks to drive customer traffic. The Spicy McNuggets feature the classic Chicken McNugget base coated in a crispy tempura breading seasoned with aged cayenne and chili peppers. They will be available in four sizes: 6, 10, 20, and 40 pieces. Returning alongside the nuggets is the Mighty Hot Sauce, a blend of crushed red pepper, spicy chilis, garlic, and a touch of sweetness.
