Disney to Stream ESPN’s Super Bowl LXI Presentation
Disney and the NFL say Disney subscribers in the United States will be able to stream ESPN’s presentation of Super Bowl LXI on February 14, 2027, alongside the game’s broadcasts on ESPN and ABC. The arrangement will put ESPN’s first Super Bowl production on Disney’s streaming service, with the same traditional game presentation available across the platforms. The announced U.S. stream will include commentary from Joe Buck, Troy Aikman, Lisa Salters and Laura Rutledge. Disney’s announcement says the game will also stream to subscribers in more than 55 international markets. Separately, ESPN’s linear platforms are set to carry the game in more than 130 countries and territories. The specific international markets for Disney’s stream have not all been detailed. The game is scheduled for SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. Disney subscribers will not need a separate Super Bowl tier to access the U.S. stream, according to the announcement. The game will also remain available on ESPN and ABC, while the reports identify ESPN Deportes as carrying the Spanish-language broadcast. The announcement does not change those scheduled television options.
