Dating profile claims about Candace Owens remain unverified

Claims that Candace Owens had dating profiles linked to her and was unfaithful to her husband remain unverified, after originating in posts by an X account and drawing a denial from Owens. The posts alleged that four profiles were associated with Owens and that one showed activity in January 2022, but the profiles, records and alleged login have not been independently authenticated. Who created or controlled the accounts, and whether any account was accessed at that time, remain unknown. The X account EsoShaggy pointed to usernames, email addresses and other details it said connected the profiles to Owens, including information associated with her time at the University of Rhode Island. It alleged that one profile had been accessed in January 2022, more than two years after Owens married George Farmer. The account used the alleged activity to make claims about Owens’s private life and marriage. Those conclusions have not been established by independently verified evidence. Owens denied the allegations on X, calling them fabricated. She said she had one boyfriend throughout college, the same person she dated in high school.
