Chanel Unveils Blazy’s Spring 2027 Collection

Published 6 October 2026

Chanel presented Matthieu Blazy’s Spring 2027 collection at the Grand Palais on October 5, pairing familiar house designs with new fabrics and a theatrical set of oversized flying-seagull sculptures. The show came as Chanel president Bruno Pavlovsky reported sales growth across several regions and said the company was significantly outperforming the market, though the claims were not accompanied by independently verified sales figures in the available reporting. The collection revisited Chanel signatures including tweeds and skirt suits while introducing lighter, more flexible treatments. The runway included smocked tweed, knitwear, ruffled blouses, and new fabrications, as well as contrasting prints and vivid colors. One yellow dress used a beaded yarn that required new knitting machines, according to runway coverage. The show’s set and birdsong evoked lightness and flight. A high-profile front row included Nicole Kidman, Pedro Pascal, Ayo Edebiri, Dua Lipa, Marion Cotillard, and Alexa Demie. Demie wore a bright pink quilted skirt suit with a lacquered finish and burgundy details.
