Amazon launches Bee conversation-recording devices

Published 15 October 2026

Amazon introduced two AI-powered conversation-recording devices on October 15, pairing the launch with a paid subscription for expanded features. The Bee Frontier wristband is available to order in the United States for $74.99. The phone-attached Bee Eclipse is priced at $99.99, but Amazon has not announced when it will go on sale. The Frontier can be worn on the wrist or clipped to clothing. It has dual microphones, an IP67 water-resistance rating and up to seven days of battery life. The Eclipse is a card-shaped recorder that attaches magnetically to a smartphone. Both devices use a companion app to transcribe conversations and produce summaries, insights and to-do lists. Amazon also introduced Bee Pro for $11.99 a month. The free tier provides conversation summaries and 14 days of memory; Pro adds unlimited summaries, suggested tasks, daily memories and integrations with services including Amazon.com, Alexa, Gmail, Google Calendar and Outlook. Subscribers can also use a desktop app to record meetings on a computer. New customers receive a 30-day Pro trial, according to launch information.
