Alien Breed Franchise Returns with 35th Anniversary Collection

Publisher Commodore and developer Antstream, in partnership with Team17, have announced the Alien Breed 35th Anniversary Collection, a comprehensive compilation of the classic sci-fi shooter franchise's original Amiga-era titles. The collection is scheduled for release on September 24, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. A Nintendo Switch version is planned for later in fall 2026. The anthology gathers all six games from the franchise's first era, which began in 1991.
