She stated the voice was robotic and terrible, arguing that anyone familiar with her father's work should have recognized the flaw. Williams accused the creator of using a dead man to make a message appear more convincing and questioned the ethics of putting words into the mouth of someone who can no longer consent. "Leave him out of your delusional bullshit and let him rest," she wrote. "Just because he's gone does not mean he's now your puppet. Have some shame." Williams also described the platform X as a "cesspool of an app" filled with bots and people willingly being duped by them.
