Rodrigo's Daisy Chain Fields Festival Raises $10 Million for Women's Nonprofits

Published 29 August 2026

Olivia Rodrigo launched her inaugural Daisy Chain Fields Festival on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at the Great Park in Irvine, California, headlining a day of performances by an all-female and female-fronted lineup. The event, which featured artists including Stevie Nicks, Chappell Roan, Bikini Kill, and Mitski, was announced to have raised $10 million for nonprofit organizations supporting women and girls. The festival's creation was directly inspired by the Lilith Fair tours of the late 1990s and early 2000s, founded by special guest Sarah McLachlan. Rodrigo noted that before Lilith Fair, women were told they could not lead a festival, and she credited those trailblazers for paving the way.
