Ravens Rule Out Trey Hendrickson for Week 4

Published 3 October 2026

Baltimore Ravens outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson will miss the team’s Week 4 game against the Tennessee Titans after undergoing a procedure on his finger, head coach Jesse Minter said. Minter described the expected absence as “very, very short term,” but did not give a return date. The Ravens are scheduled to host Tennessee on Sunday, October 4. Hendrickson’s absence removes a key pass rusher from the lineup for the game, while the team has characterized the procedure as a way to address the injury and get him back on the field. No independent medical assessment or specific recovery timetable was reported. Hendrickson sustained the finger injury in Baltimore’s season-opening game against the Indianapolis Colts and continued playing in the following two games, according to the reports. Minter said the finger had been fixed through the procedure and that the team expected the issue to be short term. That description does not confirm whether Hendrickson will be available for the Ravens’ Week 5 game. The 31-year-old joined Baltimore this offseason on a four-year, $112 million contract after playing for the New Orleans Saints and Cincinnati Bengals.
