Oasis Documentary Shows Brothers Reuniting Through Music

Oasis: Don’t Look Back in Anger, a documentary about the band’s 2025 reunion tour, is scheduled to begin streaming on Disney and Hulu on October 9, 2026. Its filmmakers say the film does not show a heart-to-heart reconciliation between Noel and Liam Gallagher because, they say, the brothers did not have one before returning to the rehearsal room together. Co-director Dylan Southern said the brothers walked into a room, began playing and were filmed as Oasis came back together. The film’s directors decided to wait until later in the documentary to show Noel and Liam together in interviews, Southern said at an October 5 event at Abbey Road Studios in London. Writer Steven Knight described the first rehearsal-room encounter as brief and understated. He said Liam asked Noel about something on a drum, Noel answered, and they began playing.
