LEGO Harry Potter Collection Launches on Switch 2 October 16

Published 4 September 2026

The LEGO Harry Potter Collection, a bundle containing two popular video games, is set to launch on the Nintendo Switch 2 on October 16, 2026. The announcement, made by Warner Bros. Games, confirms the collection's arrival on the new platform with both physical and digital editions available for purchase. The collection includes LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4 and LEGO Harry Potter Years 5-7, which together cover the narrative of all eight original films. The Nintendo Switch 2 version will be ported by Double Eleven and Cast Iron Games, incorporating all previously released downloadable content packs. These include a Character Pack and a Spell Pack, making this the definitive version of the games. The physical edition will feature both games on a single key card, though this format requires a download to play. The release is priced at $49.99, with preorders having opened on September 1, 2026. This launch comes nearly two years after the collection was originally released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2024. The announcement follows a strong year for developer TT Games, which recently launched LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight.
