LeBron James Has Fanatics Helicopter Access for 76ers Commute

Published 6 October 2026

LeBron James has access to Fanatics corporate aviation through his existing partnership with the company and has used a Fanatics-branded helicopter to travel between New York and Philadelphia while playing for the 76ers, according to reports and a statement from his spokesperson. Flight records cited in the reports showed the helicopter making about a dozen round trips between the cities in the preceding week. James’s spokesperson said his Fanatics deal includes access to the company’s corporate aviation, describing it as a feature offered in some agreements with the company’s largest athletes. The spokesperson said James was splitting his time between New York and Philadelphia. The exact terms of the aviation access, including whether it is unlimited, have not been established. James is based in New York while playing for Philadelphia, and reports say he has been seen using a helicopter bearing multiple Fanatics logos for the commute. The flight records cited in the reporting concern the aircraft’s trips between the cities; they do not establish how many of those journeys James personally took. How often he will use the helicopter during the season also remains unclear.
