IKEA and Xbox launch YXSTABY furniture collection October 1

IKEA and Microsoft's Xbox division have unveiled a nine-piece furniture collection called YXSTABY, designed to integrate gaming into home living spaces. The collaboration, revealed at Gamescom 2026 in Cologne, Germany, will be available for purchase in stores and online starting October 1, 2026. The collection, which includes items like a lounge chair, a stool modeled after an Xbox thumbstick, and a D-pad cushion, is the result of a partnership that began at Milan Design Week in 2024. The design process involved close collaboration between IKEA and Xbox teams, aiming to create pieces that serve gaming needs while fitting seamlessly into home decor.
