Disney Announces Kingdom Hearts Anime Series for Disney+

Disney announced at its D23 fan expo that the popular Kingdom Hearts video game franchise is being adapted into an original anime television series. The announcement was made during the Disney Entertainment Showcase at the Anaheim Convention Center on August 15, 2026.
