Clarkson, 66, revealed his diagnosis on his Amazon Prime show "Clarkson's Farm," which aired in 2025. Hogan told media outlets that the disclosure prompted 30,000 people to visit the Prostate Cancer UK website in a single day. Clarkson was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer in May 2025. He is now in remission after undergoing treatment that involved removing approximately ten percent of his prostate. Hogan stated that Clarkson was initially reluctant to be filmed in the hospital for the show, telling her "Please dont" when she began recording. She said it was the show's producer, Andy Wilman, who ultimately persuaded him to go public with the footage to help others. The public response was substantial. According to Hogan, the broadcast of his diagnosis led to a surge in traffic to the Prostate Cancer UK website.
