After lengthy negotiations, the long-awaited sequel to Michael Mann's 1995 crime epic "Heat" is moving forward, with Christian Bale and Leonardo DiCaprio set to star and filming scheduled to begin in November. The project, titled "Heat 2," will be a major theatrical bet for Amazon MGM Studios.
