The online broadcast is scheduled to begin at 7:00 a.m. PT and will be streamed with subtitles in 13 languages on the company's official channels. The presentation is set to take place ahead of the physical Tokyo Game Show event, which runs from September 17 through September 21 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. The 2026 edition marks the show's 30th anniversary and its first-ever five-day format. Capcom's Spotlight aims to provide a global stage for news and updates before the show floor opens to attendees. While the specific lineup for the Spotlight broadcast has not been finalized, Capcom has confirmed six major titles that will be featured at its Tokyo Game Show exhibition booth. These games are Monster Hunter Wilds Ascendance, Dragon's Dogma II: Dark Arisen, Mega Man Dual Override, Pragmata, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, and Street Fighter 6. The company has indicated that the contents of the online presentation may differ from the on-site exhibition.
