Apple Watch Series 12 gets Prime Day discounts

Apple’s Apple Watch Series 12 is on sale during Amazon’s Prime Day promotion, with U.S. discounts on selected GPS models and a larger cellular model. The offers come as the newly available watch introduces updated health sensors, a Readiness score and stronger front-glass protection on aluminum versions. Some of its advertised audio features were not yet available for reviewers to test. Amazon U.S. listings showed the 42mm GPS model at $349.99, down from $399, and the 46mm GPS model at $399.99, down from $449. A separate listing priced the 46mm cellular ceramic model at $900, reduced from $949. The prices apply to particular configurations and may change. Another report listed the 46mm aluminum cellular version at $500, but did not provide matching configuration details in the same terms as the other listings. The Series 12 is offered in 42mm and 46mm sizes, with aluminum, titanium and ceramic case options. Its redesigned Health Sensing System takes more frequent heart-rate readings, while the new Readiness feature uses health and activity data to give users a daily indication of whether to push themselves or rest.
