Amazon Great Indian Festival 2026 Sale Set for October 8

Amazon has announced that its Great Indian Festival 2026 sale will begin on October 8, 2026, setting up a head-to-head clash with Flipkart's Big Billion Days, which offers early access on the same day and a wider start on October 9. The e-commerce company confirmed the sale date along with a set of promotional offers. According to Amazon, eligible SBI credit and debit card transactions, including qualifying EMI transactions, will receive a 10 percent instant discount. Prime members can get up to 10 percent extra savings on selected deals during the sale period. The event will span multiple categories, including smartphones, televisions, laptops, tablets, appliances, fashion, beauty and groceries. Amazon has outlined several deal formats, such as 8 PM Deals, Blockbuster Deals, Top 100 Deals and Mega Deals, alongside promotions including Buy More Save More, Exchange Mela, Amazon Combos and no-cost EMI options starting from 99 rupees per day. Saurabh Srivastava, VP, Amazon India, said customers can expect the lowest prices of the year on crores of products, with delivery within minutes, hours, same day or the next day.
