Archer Aviation to Acquire Boeing's Wisk Aero, Insitu, and SkyGrid

Archer Aviation announced on August 10, 2026, that it has agreed to acquire three Boeing subsidiaries: autonomous air taxi developer Wisk Aero, drone manufacturer Insitu, and airspace technology provider SkyGrid.
