Zverev faces Shelton in US Open men's final

Alexander Zverev and Ben Shelton will meet in the 2026 US Open men's singles final on Sunday at Arthur Ashe Stadium. The match pits the top-seeded German, who won his first Grand Slam title at the French Open in June, against the eighth-seeded American, who is competing in his first major championship final. Zverev, 29, is seeking his second Grand Slam title of the year. He reached the final by defeating unseeded Russian Karen Khachanov in straight sets in the semifinals.
