Zscaler Q4 results beat, FY27 guidance issued

Published 5 September 2026

Zscaler released its fourth-quarter fiscal year 2026 financial results and provided guidance for fiscal year 2027 on Thursday, September 3, 2026. The cloud security company reported non-GAAP earnings per share of $1.19, exceeding the consensus estimate of $1.09. Revenue for the quarter reached $898.2 million, a 25% increase year-over-year and surpassing the roughly $877 million consensus estimate. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) also grew 25% to $3.77 billion, driven by strong large-deal activity and product adoption. The company issued guidance for fiscal year 2027, projecting revenue between $3.908 billion and $3.938 billion, and ARR between $4.396 billion and $4.426 billion. Zscaler also provided first-quarter fiscal 2027 guidance, expecting adjusted earnings per share between $1.15 and $1.16. While the company's fourth-quarter results met or exceeded expectations, investor focus remains on the forward-looking guidance. In its previous report, Zscaler's initial fiscal year 2027 outlook projected ARR growth of only 16% to 17%, which had tempered investor sentiment.
