VisionQuest Trailer Puts White Vision, Ultron in Focus

Marvel has released a full-length trailer for VisionQuest, a series centered on White Vision’s search for identity and purpose, with Ultron and a mysterious boy named Thomas Shepherd among its central figures. The series is scheduled to premiere on Disney on October 14, 2026. The trailer follows White Vision, played by Paul Bettany, after he received the original Vision’s memories in WandaVision. He appears to be trying to understand what those memories mean for his sense of self, while grappling with artificial-intelligence personalities embedded in his programming. One of them is Ultron, the artificial intelligence who created Vision and is played by James Spader. Footage shows Vision and Ultron in conflict, but leaves unclear what role Ultron will ultimately play or what Vision will decide. Some trailer descriptions suggest Vision may turn to Ultron for help, while the footage and supplied accounts do not establish the consequences. The series’ story outcome remains unknown. Thomas Shepherd, played by Ruaridh Mollica, is another unresolved part of the story.
