A British man has been arrested in Ecuador in connection with the death of a Colombian woman whose body was found inside a suitcase in a Bogotá apartment. Colombian authorities allege that Matthew Ashley Foster-Smith, a 46-year-old from Bournemouth, Dorset, killed 36-year-old model Natalia Villalba Angarita on June 18.
