U2 Announce 12-Track Album Carnaval De Luz

U2 announced Thursday that its 12-track album Carnaval De Luz is scheduled for release on November 13, and released the single “Silencio” the same day. The album is described in the announcement as the band’s first collection of new material in nine years. The release date is planned, not yet confirmed by the album’s arrival. Reports describe her contribution as her last recorded vocal performance, but the available information does not independently establish that claim.
