CD Projekt Red has scheduled The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered to unlock worldwide on September 29, with launch times varying by region. The company says the remaster will be a free upgrade for existing owners on current-generation platforms, and the release will bring the game to Nintendo Switch 2. A launch schedule shared by The Witcher account on X lists simultaneous regional unlocks rather than separate release dates. The map sets noon in Warsaw as the reference time. Players in London are scheduled to gain access at 11 a.m. local time, while those in Warsaw and Cape Town are scheduled for noon. The listed times range from early morning in parts of the Americas to evening in Asia and Oceania. The remaster is planned for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. CD Projekt Red says owners of the game on current-generation platforms will receive it at no extra cost. The company has also confirmed that Xbox owners will be able to access the PC version through Xbox Play Anywhere without an additional charge. That arrangement is separate from the general free-upgrade offer and applies to eligible Xbox owners.
