Thai police have rescued three Indian men who were kidnapped, tortured, and held for ransom in Pattaya, arresting five fellow Indian nationals accused of carrying out the abduction. The suspects were apprehended at a hotel in Bangkok's Khlong Tan district on July 29 while allegedly preparing to flee the country.
