Sony launches three new ULT Tower party speakers with massive bass

Sony has expanded its ULT Power Sound series with three new party speakers, the ULT Tower Max, ULT Tower 7, and ULT Tower 5, designed to deliver massive bass and room-filling sound for events and gatherings. The new models were previewed at a hands-on event in Manhattan in late August 2026, with the speakers becoming available for purchase in September 2026. The flagship ULT Tower Max, priced at $1,499.99, is the largest and most powerful in the lineup, weighing 121 pounds and measuring 20 by 41 by 18 inches. It features three large-diameter circular woofers, including a rear-firing one, along with dual midrange drivers and four tweeters for 360-degree party sound.
