Radiohead Announces 2027 Australia Japan Tour

Published 7 September 2026

The acclaimed British rock band Radiohead has announced a series of 16 arena concerts across Australia and five shows in Saitama, Japan, for 2027. This marks the band's first tour in Australia in 15 years, with performances scheduled for May and June 2027. The tour will commence with four consecutive nights at Perth's RAC Arena from May 3 to May 7. Following their Perth dates, the band will perform six shows each in Melbourne at Rod Laver Arena, from May 13 to May 20, and in Sydney at Afterpay Arena, from May 25 to June 1. The Australian leg will conclude with five shows at Saitama's GMO Arena in Japan, running from June 8 to June 13. These dates represent the band's only scheduled concerts worldwide for 2027. Radiohead's last performances in Australia were in November 2012, and their most recent appearance in Japan was at the Summersonic Festival in 2016. The band returned to live performances in late 2025 with a series of European residency shows, their first concerts after several years focused on solo and side projects. To manage demand and minimize ticket scalping, access to tickets will be through a registration system.
