Peloton unveils three new treadmills including first foldable model

Peloton announced three new treadmills on September 22, 2026, headlined by the Tread Flex, the company's first foldable treadmill, with all three models set to go on sale in North America on October 1, 2026. The Tread Flex is positioned as Peloton's most affordable treadmill at $2,195 in the US and £1,999 in the UK. Its running deck folds vertically to reduce the machine's footprint by roughly 50 percent, leaving it shorter than a Peloton Bike when stored upright. A two-stage cylinder mechanism lowers the deck gradually, and a locking pin secures it in the upright position. The Flex also features a swivel screen, castor wheels for repositioning, and a brushless motor that Peloton says produces 70 dB at its maximum speed of 12.5 mph with no one running on the belt. The midrange Tread Vision, priced at $3,495 in the US and £2,999 in the UK, adds a 23.8-inch swivel touchscreen, Sonos-tuned speakers, a cooling fan, a phone tray, and jump buttons for one-tap speed and incline changes. It also carries a movement-tracking camera that delivers post-run form insights.
