Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath Final Concert Film Coming to Cinemas

A concert film documenting Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath's final live performance together will premiere in cinemas worldwide on October 28, 2026. The film, titled "Ozzy Black Sabbath Back to the Beginning," captures the historic farewell show that took place at Villa Park in Birmingham, England, on July 5, 2025. The event marked the last time the original Black Sabbath lineup of Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward performed together. The sold-out concert, which featured a host of rock and metal artists paying tribute, was filmed for this cinematic release. Ozzy Osbourne died on July 22, 2025, 17 days after the performance. Tickets for the film's screenings will go on sale on September 24, 2026, through the official website. The release is being handled by Trafalgar Releasing, with production by Mercury Studios. The film is presented in Dolby Atmos and 5.1 surround sound. The concert was conceived as a final goodbye to fans. "Back to the Beginning came about because I asked Ozzy what would really make him happy," said Sharon Osbourne, Ozzy's wife and manager.
