A former manager of an Arby's restaurant in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, has been charged with felony poisoning after police say surveillance video captured her spitting into a customer's food. The customer, Jennica Church, has filed a lawsuit alleging the act transmitted a herpes infection to her.
