OCC Targets November for GENIUS Act Stablecoin Rules

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency will finalize its primary regulations for payment stablecoins by November, Comptroller Jonathan Gould announced on August 19, setting a new target after federal agencies missed a statutory deadline earlier this year.
