Meta Releases Muse Wonder AI Models

Published 12 October 2026

Meta announced two artificial intelligence models, Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full, on October 12, making them available to developers and coding-tool subscribers as it plans to add the technology to its Muse personal AI agent. Meta said Muse Wonder was accessible through the Meta Model API and Muse Code, while Muse Wonder Full was available to Muse Code subscribers. The company said the models would soon power Muse, initially for subscribers, but did not give a specific rollout date. The models build on Meta’s Muse Spark and are designed to handle complex tasks, including work involving insurance claims, leases, law, finance and health, as well as software development. Meta described two features as central to their operation: Active Memory, which can retain relevant details across conversations, and Active Focus, which can try different approaches to difficult tasks, recover from errors and ask users for clarification. Meta said the models were trained to avoid sharing personal information without permission and to refuse requests for help with harmful acts. It said their development followed its Meta Superintelligence Scaling Framework.
