Actor Mark Hamill has joined the cast of Peacock's "Twisted Metal" for its upcoming third season. The Emmy Award winner will play a recurring role as Pope Charlie Kane, the leader of the Eastern Sovereignty and the estranged father of the murderous clown Sweet Tooth.
